Walking around Nieuw Zuid, we wondered “How much do these apartments cost?”. Well, €379.500 for 64m². Live steps from the Scheldt, the city at your doorstep.
EPC A, two sunny terraces (one ~10 m² and one ~4 m²), the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, but it’s the communal roof garden and terrace that made us feature this property.

We took advantage of Smaakmeesters Deluxe and went to Briquet! We started with a carafe of Italian white wine, crisp and easy to drink. Then came beet, ceviche, pork cheeks, and a chocolate mousse to finish.
Briquet also carries recognition in the Gault & Millau guide, which is no surprise once you taste the care in their dishes and pairings.
With the Smaakmeesters Deluxe, it came to €135 for two persons.
Fun fact: Briquet will move into the space where Titulus used to be (aka Kloosterstraat). You can still go at the current location until end of this month.
